To create is both dynamic and static lighting environment, one side of Donghaixi Road was designed with dynamic lighting, while the other side was designed with static lighting. LiteMagic provided pixel lighting and wall washers for two different lighting requirements.

Wall washers were installed on the facades of buildings of different shapes and styles along the Fushan Bay. According to the characteristics of each building, LiteMagic had provided more than 70,000 sets of linear wall washers of different specifications for more than 100 buildings along the bay,including Brush-SW011, iGrazer-W4321, Spread-EW004.

Hisense Yandao International Apartment and Jinhai Square are adjacent to Yan'er Island to the west and Yan'er Island Mountain Park to the east. Listening to the wind of the sea, it is quite leisurely and elegant.
