Background

Leifei Lighting was formerly known as “Shenzhen Litemagic Technologies Co., Ltd.” which was established in 2004. In May 2018, Shenzhen LiteMagic was acquired by Signify, and the acquisition was completed in July in the same year. The newly found company after acquisition “Shenzhen Leifei Lighting Technology Co., Ltd.”, as a wholly owned subsidiary of Signify, independently responsible for the management of the acquired business.
