Lei Fei has established production bases in Shenzhen headquarters and Sanshui district, Foshan.

The Shenzhen and Foshan production bases have passed ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification, ISO14001:2015 environmental management system certification, and ISO18001:2007 occupational health and safety management system certification. The production bases are managed aligned with international standards.

Leifei have been actively promoted the LEAN plan. The company joined Signify's lean plan in 2019 and passed the first phase of LEAN acceptance in July 2020.

Shenzhen production base

The Shenzhen production base has a modern workshop of nearly 10,000 square meters, including 3 workshops for various products. LEDs and electronic components are produced in a dust-proof and anti-static workshop. The lighting manufacturing workshop is equipped with advanced automated and semi-automated production and manufacturing equipments, with multiple assembly, aging and packaging lines.

The Shenzhen factory has first-class testing equipment and can independently complete comprehensive product reliability testing, safety testing, performance testing and electromagnetic compatibility testing. From the procurement of LED light sources, electronic components, optical lenses, wires and housings to semi-finished products and final products, inspection checkpoints are set up based on high standards to ensure product quality and reliability.

Foshan production base

The Foshan production base is in Sanshui District, Foshan. It was built in 2017 and put into production in the second half of 2018. The production area is about 20,000 square meters. Foshan factory mainly produces linear pixel lights, high-power and low-power dot light.

Due to the extensive application of automated production equipment, Foshan factory has high production efficiency and stable product quality, which can meet the requirements of mass production in a relatively short period of time.
